While Dr. Joanna Ng-Glazier leads the practice, patients are supported by a multidisciplinary team of nurses, surgical staff, estheticians, and administrative professionals who share a commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered care. Each team member plays an important role in ensuring your experience feels organized, supportive, and personal.
Brieana Thomas
Registered Nurse
Brieana brings over 7 years of clinical experience as a nurse.
As a full-time aesthetic nurse, she has performed thousands of procedures, including injecting dermal fillers and neurotoxins, sexual wellness procedures, laser resurfacing procedures, and more. She completed her Bachelor’s degree locally from MCPHS and holds multiple specialty certifications in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP procedures, and contouring with Kybella. She consistently seeks to refine her skills and recently completed advanced training at Elite Academy.
Jennifer Verdini
Medical Esthetician
Since 2011, Jennifer has been a vital part of the Fechner MD team, bringing extensive expertise in medical aesthetics. With advanced skills in photodamage repair, non-invasive facial rejuvenation, and body contouring, Jennifer is dedicated to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. She takes pride in assisting patients with post-surgical recovery care and ensuring long-term skin maintenance with a genuine passion for enhancing clients’ well-being and delivering exceptional customer service.
Jennifer is also a certified micropigmentation specialist specializing in scar camouflage and eyebrow-enhancing services. She embodies Fechner MD’s ethos, providing transformative aesthetic treatments with a personalized touch.
Lindsey Braga
Compliance Officer
Lindsey joined Dr. Fechner’s practice in 2018 as a Front Desk Coordinator and has also enjoyed filling the role of Surgical Patient Advisor. She is a former cheerleader for the six-time Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots and brings her positive energy to the team.
Her past work in wealth management and animal care provides extensive client relations experience, which she applies to patient care. Outside the office, Lindsey enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Jason, daughters Lily and Lola, and their two dogs, Chewy and Cha Cha.
Tamika Brissett
Client Service Specialist
Tamika has been a dedicated front office coordinator in the medical aesthetics field since 2016. She excels in providing administrative support and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for patients. Her warm demeanor helps patients feel comfortable while she guides them through scheduling and administrative processes.
Tamika is always eager to expand her skills and take on new responsibilities, making her an invaluable asset to the team.
Elena Fechner
Business Manager
Elena joined the practice in 2012 to assist with the development of non-surgical and advanced treatment technologies while managing human resources and business operations. With a 16-year background in pharmaceutical and biotech industries, she brings strategic thinking and leadership to support the practice’s growth.
Outside of work, Elena enjoys time with her husband and three children, cooking, horseback riding, and practicing Taekwondo.
Francesca Giani
Medical Assistant
Francesca has been a medical assistant since 2011 and joined the Fechner MD team in 2023. Born and raised in Ireland, she brings warmth, compassion, and a passion for patient care. She helps prepare patients for procedures and ensures their concerns are addressed with ease.
Outside the office, Francesca enjoys yoga, nature, and spending time with her three daughters. Health and well-being are central to her life.
Carla Gomez
Registered Nurse
Carla has been a registered nurse for 9 years, specializing in plastic surgery and aesthetics for 6 years in both Central Massachusetts and New York City. She assists Dr. Fechner in the operating room and guides patients from pre-op through post-op care.
Carla lives in Worcester and enjoys nature, travel, and visiting family in NYC.
Allison Vecchiarello
Surgical Technician
Allison has been a surgical technician since 2007 with experience across multiple specialties, including vascular, OB-GYN, cataract, and ocular plastics. She brings a strong foundation in sterile technique and treats patients like family.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband, children, granddaughter, pets, and friends.
Ana Diaz
Surgical Nurse
Ana joined the team in 2016 after working in a busy plastic surgery center for three years. She supports patients throughout their surgical journey, primarily working in the fully accredited surgery center.
Ana enjoys working out, spending time outdoors, and being with her two sons and two granddaughters.
Amanda Sakhat
Front Desk Lead
Amanda has three years of hands-on experience in plastic surgery and eight years of administrative experience. She plays a key role in maintaining office accreditation standards while supporting daily operations.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys baking and spending time with her family.
Jennifer Ferguson
Practice Management
Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in practice management, with more than 17 years in dental and plastic surgery settings. She brings a growth-based approach to leadership and emphasizes professional and personal development.
Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys camping, refinishing furniture, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
Andrea Manney
Registered Nurse & Medical Esthetician
Andrea has three years of experience in the aesthetic industry and combines her nursing background with laser and skincare expertise. She is actively involved in both medical spa services and surgical procedures, guiding patients through their full aesthetic journey.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys traveling, cooking, staying active, and spending time with her boyfriend and two dogs.
Jessica Valby
Patient Advisor
Jessica brings a background in hospitality and guest relations to her role in medical aesthetics. She supports patients throughout their surgical journey and ensures they feel comfortable every step of the way.
Outside of work, Jessica is a proud mother of four and an active member of her community.
